What we collect
- Email address: we collect your email address, when you create an account or subscribe to updates, used for authentication, receipts, and (with consent) product news.
- Usage data: we collect anonymous usage events (screens viewed, features used) to understand and improve the product.
- Crash logs: we collect crash and diagnostic logs to find and fix defects.
Your content stays on your device. Our servers store only the account and subscription records described above.
Third-party services
- Google AdMob: The free tier of the mobile app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
- Stripe: Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See https://stripe.com/privacy.
Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on where you subscribe. We receive subscription status — never your full payment details.
Your choices
You can use the free tier without an account. Marketing email and push notifications are strictly opt-in and every message includes a one-click way out.
United States (state privacy laws)
Depending on your state (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email us.
European Union (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, export, and erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Our lawful bases are contract performance (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (analytics, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing communications). To exercise any right, email us; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
